Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education; Innovation Officer
Dr David Moinina Sengeh is Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education and Innovation Officer at the Government of Sierra Leone’s Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation. He holds a degree in biomedical engineering from Harvard University and a doctorate from the MIT Media Lab. He worked with IBM between 2016 and 2019. He is also President and Co-founder of the international NGO Global Minimum (GMin), which promotes a culture of innovation among young people.
