Rafiat Akinokun is a Public Health Nurse who works to reduce health inequalities among vulnerable populations through advocacy, research, and delivery of frontline health care service. She is a Women Deliver Young Leader who currently leads the Youths Against HIV Discrimination Project which keys into achieving the Nigeria National HIV Policy plan of reducing the vulnerability of adolescent girls and young women to HIV. Rafiat has also made a call to support frontline health workers at the second White House Global COVID-19 Summit. Rafiat believes that everyone, wherever they are should have equal right to good health care.
