Ishanvi Malayanil (she/her) is an adolescent advocate. Her work primarily centers on increasing political participation and leadership for girls. She mobilized over 200 girls to successfully lobby for a bill mandating free menstrual products in school and expanded abortion rights in her state. She serves on the Generation Equality Adolescent Steering Committee, which has mobilized over 1,000 adolescent girls globally across 120 countries. She’s successfully inculcated adolescent priorities in globalized UN initiatives, including in the establishment of the UN Youth Office. She serves as a Women Deliver Young Leader to create meaningful adolescent/youth change._x000D_
