Khusbu has a Master’s in Environment and Natural Resources with around ten years of work experience in program development and management in the field of climate resilience, disaster risk management and gender. She works with Ipas Nepal as Program Coordinator, leading the climate justice component, integrating gender and SRHR. She is also serving as an advisory board member for Youth Development Lab (y.labs) to develop a Climate and SRHR framework. She is also a member of Female Foresters Network (FFN), a loose forum in Nepal for advocating safe and dignified workspace for women in the natural resource management sector.
