Nyima Jadama is an award-winning feminist, founder, and refugee activist from The Gambia, based in Berlin, focusing on integrating refugees in society. She is the founder and producer of the ‘Nyima’s Bantaba’ talk show, a bilingual German-English TV Talk show that aims to connect migrants, refugees, women, and culture from diaspora communities. She is the founder of the Bantaba Academy, a media competence project for migrants and refugees, and ‘Unfiltered – The Bantaba Podcast‘! She is a member of the Global Refugee-led Network, and a board member of the European Coalition of Migrants and Refugees and Community Media Forum Europe.
