Celine Jaggernauth is a de-/anti-colonial Caribbean feminist activist currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Gender and Development at the University of the West Indies. She co-leads Transform Education’s working group on Gender, Norms and Ending Gender Stereotypes in Education. She is a content writer for Caribbean Feminist, an NGO committed to educating youth on gender and social justice and has previously supported other Trinbago-based organizations in areas such as policy development, gender-based violence and right-based education. Her commitment to transforming patriarchal and (neo)colonial structures is undergirded by an intersectional feminist praxis which envisions a safe, just and inclusive Caribbean and world.
