Silvia is a researcher at the Gender and Adolescence: Global Evidence (GAGE) programme at ODI, specialising in gender, adolescence, displacement and mixed-methods and evaluation research. At GAGE she conducts evidence generation and policy and engagement activities across the programme, with a focus on vulnerable young people including refugees, child brides, adolescents with disabilities and those out of school. She is particularly interested in programming that approaches adolescent wellbeing across domains, including ensuring access to safe and quality education and skills training, freedom from violence and psychosocial wellbeing.
