Lucy is a feminist human rights lawyer with vast experience implementing programs in global health, democracy, governance and human rights. For the last 19 years, she has worked to co-create solutions to some of the global south’s most pressing human rights and development challenges while working in international and regional agencies such as Hivos, the Center for Reproductive Rights, Ipas Africa Alliance, and the African Union. Presently, she serves as the Director of the Home Based Childcare Initiative, a global funder collaborative established in 2022 to build systems that support home based childcare providers.
