Human rights activist and Feminist by profession and passion, Annonciata hold a master’s degree in international Development. with more than 30 years of experience in Human rights promotion, Women’s rights and Key populations rights, including LGBTIQ+ and Sex workers persons._x000D_
Annonciata is a founder member of the Reseau des Femmes oeuvrant pour le Development Rural, the first women organization that was created in Rwanda in 1986. She also currently the Reseau des femmes vice-coordinator in the City of Kigali and in charge of Gender and Inclusion in HDI. _x000D_
