Weema is a non-binary queer activist from Tunisia, they joined the NGO “The Initiative Mawjoudin for Equality” in 2019 as coordinator of the Mawjoudin Queer Film Festival in its third edition which took place last September 2022._x000D_
With Mawjoudin, they are managing a project on SRHR for the queer community in Tunisia. And they are also member of the International Advisory Committee of The Power of Pride Alliance, a consortium of three organizations, ILGA-Asia, Pan-Africa ILGA, and COC Netherlands
