Oversees the global and Africa/Middle East portfolios at Fondation CHANEL. Before, she worked as the Gender in Emergences Programme Specialist at Plan International UK. In this role, she coordinated and managed emergency grants in the Americas and West region, provided technical support for gender-sensitive proposals and programs, and co-chaired the Gender Champions staff network. Kristina has also held positions at Save the Children International and the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex._x000D_
