He is responsible for setting the objectives of projects, the overall planning, the allocation of staff, risk management, and project evaluation. He is also President of the Consortium of Youth Development Organizations in Ethiopia (COYDOE). He is a fellow of the Public Health Institute (US) Adolescent Girls Advocacy Leadership Initiative (AGALI)._x000D_
