Saratou is passionate about women’s rights, science, literature, entrepreneurship and basketball. Saratoue joined the “Cellule Nigérienne des Jeunes Filles Leaders” (CNJFL), an organization that aims to empower women for them to be more autonomous and to decrease child marriage rate in Niger. CNJFL focuses on girls’ economic empowerment through an inter-generational approach involving parents, traditional leaders, and women leaders in the regions of Tahoua, Tillabery, Maradi and Zinder in Niger. In her role, she helps to organize the Leadership and Mentorship Camp. Saratou is passionate about creating a better world where women are able to reach their full potential. _x000D_
