Dr. Adynski is a doctorly prepared nurse researcher with expertise in global health workforces, health policy and health system strengthening. Within ICN, they work on gender equity, climate change, student groups, advanced practice nurses, and other nursing policy topics. Gill completed their doctoral education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill through the Hillman Scholars Program in Nursing Innovation. Their dissertation focused on nurse staffing and nurses’ attitudes towards their job relationship with HIV outcomes in rural health facilities in northern Namibia.
