Thanuja is an Attorney and having practised law in Sri Lanka for 12+ years, she is now a social sustainability leader. She is the Head of MAS’ flagship women’s empowerment program. MAS Holdings Group is the largest apparel tech company in South Asia. She also leads MAS DNA, which includes defining and implementing MAS values, code of conduct, and ethics-policies. Recently, Thanuja has been supporting the MAS Femtech arm ‘Femography,’ driving key initiatives which reduce period poverty, and increase access to sustainable feminine health solutions in developing communities. These projects also create awareness around taboo topics, including menstruation and menopause.
