Farida Ally, a 24-year-old Kenyan education activist, is the founder of ELIMU CARE, a community organization focused on educational development and gender equity. Farida is a member of the She Leads UN Youth Advocates program, addressing girls and young women’s participation in decision making. She has delivered speeches at the UN Human Rights Council and the European Humanitarian Forum. Inspired by her own educational journey, Farida advocates for quality education for all, regardless of socioeconomic status. She has received nominations and awards for her work, including the African GBV Warrior Award.
