Lira Ismailova is one of the founders of the Human rights movement “Bir Duino Kyrgyzstan”, specializes in promoting gender equality and gender justice in Kyrgyzstan, coordinator of the “Women’s Learning Partnership” program in Kyrgyzstan, trainer of women horizontal leadership and capacity building in communities living in risk and disaster areas._x000D_
Lira is also the coordinator of the International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival. _x000D_
She is one of the authors of the report “Analysis of the problem of early marriage and early motherhood in the Kyrgyz Republic”.
