Kelsey Harris is the Acting Deputy Director of Policy and Advocacy at the International Center for Research on Women in Washington, DC, USA. Kelsey manages WeProsper, a global coalition on women’s economic empowerment comprised of 70+ organizations, and she has been working for over 10 years in policy, advocacy, coalition building, and project management. Kelsey has worked in various policy and advocacy roles in DC, including spearheading advocacy around gender and water, sanitation, and hygiene at InterAction, an alliance of international development and humanitarian INGOs. Kelsey holds a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University in Arlington, VA.
