SENIOR PROGRAMME MANAGER/ CO-LEAD RESOURCING RESISTANCE
Aminata is a feminist activist and an adolescent girls programme specialist. She is passionate about designing, implementing and managing programmes that create an enabling platform for girls, young women and non-binary people to use their voices, promote their interests, and lead strategic life-affecting decisions for themselves.
She has managed youth-led participatory grant-making initiatives at Purposeful, which centres youth resource allocation and decision-making on their peers.
She is passionate about engaging philanthropies with learnings from young people to inform strategic decision-making processes, resource allocation and amplification of the needs and interests of young people, especially girls.
