Diana Vaca McGhie has worked for over 20 years with leading nonprofits. Her public health experience is in nonprofit capacity building, international relations, business development, and advocacy. Diana is the American Heart Association’s liaison with organizations and portfolio lead for global advocacy. She builds strategic alliances to improve public health outcomes with associations, the private sector, and philanthropic organizations. She also crafts public health policies informed by sound data and implementation science. Diana has also implemented inclusive and equity programming, managed and overseen projects in over 10 countries, and provides a unique perspective to grassroots mobilization and civic engagement.
