‘Ofa Guttenbeil-Likiliki is the Director of the Women and Children’s Centre in Tonga. She is also multi-media strategist and an emerging award-winning filmmaker. Her short film THE BLACK PEN was an official selection for the Hawaii International Film Festival 2017 and has been used as an educational resource for gender-based violence workshops around the globe. Her feature film VAI, a collaboration with eight other Pacific Island female Directors, which was an official selection at multiple film festivals and won Best International Feature Film Narrative at the Roxbury Film Awards in 2019._x000D_
