Eighteen years within the UN, working with Government and Non- government actors has sharpened Mrs. Nzisabira skills on developing and interpreting policy. Her functions have deepened her understanding of Human development and governance across the African region. Most of her work within the UN has been on planning and programming for Gender and Development. She works with UN WOMEN as an African Regional Advisor on HIV, Gender and Social Protection based in the Southern African Multi Country Office in South Africa. She is a mom of 4 and grandmother of 1. She holds an MPhil from the University of Stellenbosch.
