Phoebe is the Director for Program Operations in Save the Children Rwanda-County Office. She has a comprehensive experience in project and programs management, both in emergency and development contexts.

She has more than 12 years’ experience in Program delivery, all sectors included: Education, H&N, Child Protection and Child Rights Governance in all settings. Phoebe has around 10 years of leadership and a strong experience working with INGOs, Government, CSOs and Private Sector in championing high quality programming to make a meaningful impact for children.
