Hon. Harriette Chiggai currently serves in the Cabinet Secretary in the Executive Office the President in Kenya as the Women’s Rights Advisor, the first of its kind in Kenya. Her office focuses on the rights of women and girls and advises His Excellency the President on the women’s agenda. Hon. Chiggai is an accomplished Advocate of the High court of Kenya and has served in various institutions and Government Boards in Kenya and East Africa. Hon. Chiggai was nominated by PAW Africa as the 2015 Phenomenal Africa Women of the year for her contribution to mentorship and transformative leadership.
