Christine Mukantwali holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology from Sokoine University, Tanzania. She has managed R&D projects at regional, national and global level related to post harvest management, food safety, processing, and nutrition. She has taught nutrition courses at the University of Rwanda and Catholic University of Rwanda and has been on a number of Board of Directors. Christine has been a resource person for the UN Food Systems action track number one: “Ensure Access to safe and Nutritious Food for All.” She was given opportunity to speak to the UK Parliamentarians on food security in Sub-Saharan Africa.
