Chiseche Mibenge

Dr. Chiseche Mibenge is responsible for the design and implementation of the gender strategy and policy at Episcopal Relief & Development. She provides technical support to implementing partners and represents the organization broadly. Dr. Mibenge is a board member of the Global Interfaith Network for People of All Sexes, Sexual Orientations, Gender Identities and Expressions. For two decades she served as a human rights educator with Utrecht University, Stanford University and the City University of New York. Dr. Mibenge graduated from the Law School of the University of Zambia in 1996. She earned her PhD from Utrecht University in 2010.
