Nicola is the Policy Officer at Food4Education where she leads partnership engagement with stakeholders towards increasing nutrition and education outcomes through a multi-sectoral solution of school feeding. Equipped with a legal background, she is passionate about policy, advocacy and creating impact, and has taken her passion to India where she co-led a project from strategy development and partnership mapping to project completion and, more recently, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she engaged with 20+ stakeholders from the public, private and development space. In her free time, Nicola is either trying a new recipe or a new activity.
