Nyokabi is a feminist lawyer leading strategic litigation at the Kenya Legal and Ethical Issues Network on HIV and AIDs (KELIN). She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a network lawyer of the Feminist Litigation Network of the Initiative for Strategic Litigation in Africa, through which she researches and undertakes strategic litigation and advocates for social change. She is an ardent women’s rights advocate, and has for the past twelve years conducted legal advocacy for the realization of women’s socio-economic rights, and in particular the rights of women to access quality sexual and reproductive health services.
