Rwanda Governance Board

The Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Governance Board (RGB), Dr. Kaitesi is also a commissioner in the Rwanda Law Reform Commission. Before this, she was Deputy CEO of RGB, Principal of the College of Arts & Social Sciences of the University of Rwanda, and served at UR Law School. In 2015, she was Vice Chairperson of the technical support commission to the Rwandan parliament for Review of the Constitution. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Utrecht, a Master of Laws from the University of Ottawa, and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the then National University.
