Mindy Silverstein has served as a trusted advisor to global executives, investors and institutions for over two decades. From 2016 until 2023, Mindy served as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor to the Group CEO of Credit Suisse. Before joining Credit Suisse, Mindy worked at the Milken Institute for over ten years. She serves on the Board of Room to Read Switzerland, as an advisor to the Milken Institute, and member of the Harvard Women’s Leadership Board. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Additionally, participants will discuss the need for policies that advocate and push for women to do business and leveraging technology to empower women. Interventions include, but not limited to, easing access to finance, protective regulatory frameworks, and providing access to markets. This session will highlight the significant impact of increasing women participation in business for self, family, and economic transformation.
