Salam is a start-up enthusiast and an advocate for female entrepreneurship participation in economic advancement. Salam’s academic background is in International Business – Specializing in Strategy and Innovation from the Netherlands. Her entrepreneurial and proudest legacy startup was ChangeMakers via which she aimed to reduce the gender gap in the tech field in Syria. Besides that, she worked with international NGOs, including the UN and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. When Salam is not working, she is exploring a new course, learning a new language or looking for a new adventure to embark on.
