Pranvera has over 16 years of experience designing and implementing programs that champion women’s active participation in public affairs and advocating for gender equality through the integration of gender perspectives into public policy. Working primarily in Kosovo, Pranvera engages with political party representatives, elected officials, civil servants, civil society activists, and the donor community, forging partnerships to drive meaningful change. Pranvera holds a degree in Public Policy and Management from York University in the United Kingdom and has participated in numerous academic and professional development conferences and programs, including the Women’s Campaign School at Yale University.
