Kehinde Ayeni is the Executive Director of LEAP Africa, a nonprofit organization focused on youth leadership development. She drives the vision and mission strategically towards raising ethical leaders for Africa, enabling youth transition, and nurturing young Africans by creating and enabling opportunities for them to fulfil their potential. She has served as COO for LEAP Africa, responsible for developing and driving operational strategy; optimizing resources, processes and people improvement for optimal performance, growth and sustainability. Kehinde is a skilled moderator, mentor, and facilitator and has contributed to and led several projects within the organization since 2009. _x000D_

The objective is to shed light on the multiple burdens faced by young people and the impact of gender on them, with a particular emphasis on the critical role of youth leaders and youth-led organizations in addressing these challenges.
