Mrs. Lela Bakradze, the UNFPA Head of Office in Georgia, has been working for UNFPA for 20 years leading its programming in SRH, gender equality and population and development. Before joining UNFPA, she worked for UNIFEM, GRCS/IFRC and other international NGOs leading the projects on gender equality, women and peacebuilding and community development targeting IDPs in Georgia. In the beginning of her carrier, she worked as a Medical Doctor in clinics of St. Petersburg, RF and Tbilisi, Georgia. She holds degree of a Medical Doctor from Tbilisi State Medical University and MBA from the Caucasus School of Business. _x000D_
