SIBOMANA Hassan is the Ag. Maternal, Child and Community Health (MCCH) Division Manager within RBC, Rwanda Ministry of Health. He holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the University of Rwanda and specialized in leadership and management of vaccination programs at University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) in collaboration with Yale Institute of Leadership and Management. He has extensive experience in maternal and child health and Rwanda’s heath systems acquired through 10 years of various leadership positions, including Director of Vaccine Programs Unit and Head of MCCH at RBC, and led the National Deployment and Vaccination plan for Covid-19.
