Julius provides strategic direction and oversight in the design and implementation of SRHR investments with a particular emphasis on how these investments integrate and amplify impact in intersecting areas such as education, economic empowerment, nutrition, WASH and climate resilience. A chartered marketer, he provides technical leadership in market growth for various CIFF programmes. Julius is a trainer for the CUNY course in Communication for Behaviour Impact (COMBI) in Health and Social Development and a lecturer in health policy at UCU, Kampala. He has trained in public health at LSHTM and in Leadership at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
