Pauline Theresa Mapfumo, aged 25 years, is a Zimbabwean registered nutritionist who graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with Honours in Nutrition Science. She is a youth nutrition advocate who is passionate about improving the nutrition, health and wellness of children, adolescents and youth with a specific interest in nutrition education and food systems. She served as one of the co-founders and creators of a digital youth start-up which helped spread nutrition and health information with special focus on youths and adolescents. She is currently serving as a member of the European Union Delegation (team Zimbabwe) Youth Sounding Board.
