Jan Moolman is the Programmes Manager at the the Association for Progressive Communications, providing strategic and feminist leadership and support to programme managers to strengthen cross-programmatic collaboration and synergy towards meeting the organisations objectives. Prior to this, Jan co-led the organisation’s Women’s Rights programme where she provided leadership to WRP’s impactful advocacy to secure recognition for online gender-based violence through engaging and influencing multiple rights-based policy processes and in relation to internet governance. Jan has spent more than a decade supporting women’s rights, sexual rights and feminist actors to strengthen capacities to engage with digital technologies from feminist perspectives.
