Wafa Dhaouadi is a Tunisian medical doctor and advocate for gender equality, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and youth empowerment. With over 11 years of experience in program development and management, she has successfully addressed complex social issues related to SRHR, GBV, and individual freedoms. She has actively contributed to UNFPA’s efforts to mainstream CSE in Tunisia since 2017. As a co-researcher at Majaaz for Research on Gender and Sexualities, she has played a key role in developing projects such as the national strategy on combating GBV, CSE guidance for CSOs, and a gamified CSE tool for youth clubs.
