Caty Fall Sow

Caty, Head of the Africa and Middle East Department of Grant Management Division at the Global Fund, is responsible for managing 41 portfolios of grants in 48 countries, totaling US$ 4.1 billion for the period 2020-2022, including COVID-19 financing. This includes mobilizing leadership support in the countries receiving funding, ensuring functional partnership across the implementation ecosystem, and enhancing multilayered collaboration with key stakeholders in the fight against the 3 diseases and health systems strengthening. Caty brings over 20 years of experience in strategic management and partnership building in complex and multicultural settings, portfolio management, and leading teams for results.
