Laura is an Associate Partner in Dalberg’s London office, where she works with global organizations to develop market-based solutions for social and environmental problems. She has over a decade of experience working with foundations, companies, and non-profit organizations on gender-focused social impact strategies, and has expertise in MHH. Prior to Dalberg, Laura was Associate Director at FSG and co-led the Gender practice. Laura has published several reports on gender equity, including Advancing Gender Equity by Improving Menstrual Health, and is a frequent speaker at global conferences.
