Aminata Ba has 17 years’ experience in programme planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, accountability, capacity building and strengthening in the development sector in Senegal and the West and Central Africa region. In particular, she has coordinated and led various monitoring and evaluation reviews in West Africa on health, governance, women’s empowerment, resilience and advocacy projects, as well as developing and implementing several training courses in West Africa. She has proven experience in promoting strategic partnerships on gender equality.
