Elizabeth Sully is a Principal Research Scientist at the Guttmacher Institute, where she leads research on sexual and reproductive health, including abortion, family planning, adolescents, and the impacta and costa of sexual and reproductive health services. Dr. Sully is a member of the FP2030 Performance Monitoring and Evidence Working Group and Co-Chair of the IUSSP Scientific Panel on Rethinking Family Planning Measurement with a Reproductive Justice and Rights Lens. Dr. Sully earned her MA in public affairs and her PhD in public affairs and demography from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and the Office of Population Research.
