Hallima is a Kenyan Digital Disruptor and a leader of the Linda Data (“Protect Data” in Swahili) campaign, focused on raising awareness of data protection and digital rights among youth and children. She collaborates on strategic campaign activities and played a key role in developing a survey to inform human rights and gender perspectives in digital rights. Hallima also serves as an Advisory Committee Member for Women Win FREE STEM FUND, setting eligibility criteria for grantees from the Global South. Furthermore, she supports the Social Justice Movement by developing digital security plans for Human Rights Defenders in Kenya.
