She is passionate about human rights protection and social change and is currently the Safeguarding Manager at Restless Development. Previously, she was a Safeguarding Officer at Promoting Equality in African Schools (PEAS). _x000D_
Ngosa co-founded a young women leadership empowerment initiative (ECHO Zambia) that has delivered leadership capacity building to over 200 girls and young women._x000D_
She is pursuing a professional diploma in Human Rights Law and Practice at Mulungushi University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the Copperbelt University._x000D_
