Ashley currently serves as a representative of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation at the United Nations and as project manager of a community development project in the Republic of Sierra Leone. She is also part of the Youth Steering Committee of the United Nations Department of Global Communications Civil Society Unit. She took her master’s studies in Sustainable Development Management at Sunway University, Malaysia. An advocate for sustainable development, particularly on environmental sustainability and gender equality, she works with other young people to educate the community and raise awareness of various issues on SDGs to inspire action.
