Faith is a youth activist with over 8 years’ experience in youth-led development programming and organizing. In 2015, at the age of 19, she co-found Copper Rose, Zambia’s largest youth-led organization, with 40 full time staff and over 1000 volunteers countrywide. With a focus on building a conducive environment in which all young people can thrive, Copper Rose’s thematic areas of work include health and wellbeing, gender equality, youth development and leadership. Through her work with the We Trust You(th) Initiative, Faith has gained regional and global youth-led development and advocacy experience.
