Catherine Wanjiru Nyambura is an international development expert and self-identified pan-African feminist, specializing in program management, research, advocacy, and partnerships. Catherine has worked on sexual and reproductive health and rights, women’s leadership, GBV, economic justice, family planning, HIV/AIDS, and research for over a decade. Catherine is the Director of Programs for the ATHENA Network, a program advisor for the Strategic Initiative for the Horn of Africa, and a member of the East Africa Girls Brain Trust and the Board of Directors at the Ipas Africa Alliance. Catherine served as the chair for the regional activities working group for COFEM.
