Helen Clark

Helen Clark is a respected global leader in sustainable development, gender equality, and international cooperation. She served three successive terms as Prime Minister of New Zealand between 1999 and 2008. She then became UNDP Administrator for two terms, the first woman to lead the organization. She chairs the boards of the Extractive Industries Transparency Organisation, the Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, and other public good organizations and initiatives, and is a board member of Women Deliver.
