Dr Donatilla Kanimba is the Executive Director of the Rwanda Union of the Blind and former second Vice President of the WBU. _x000D_
She holds a masters degree in Education and honorary doctorate in leadership and management._x000D_
She has been actively involved in the disability movement for over 30 years. She was chair of the WBU women’s committee and Secretary General of AFUB . _x000D_
As the Executive Director of the RUB, She was instrumental in pushing for the ratification of the CRPD in Rwanda. RUB also launched a Resource Centre for the Blind in 2000, won 2014 Human Rights prize award._x000D_
